Employee Benefit Administration
As a Resource Management Systems, Inc. client you will be able to take advantage of a wide variety of benefit plans. You will be able to attract and retain valuable key employees by offering superior benefits that are typically offered by large corporations. RMS is responsible for analyzing all benefit plans available in the marketplace and bringing the best plans to you. RMS offers many choices for each of the following benefit plans:

Group and Individual Health Plans
Dental Plans
Vision Plans
Group Life Plans
Short and Long Term Disability Plans
125 Cafeteria Plans / Day Care Reimbursement Plans
Flexible Spending Plans (additional administration fee is required)
401(k) Retirement Plan (additional administration fee is required)

RMS is also responsible for communication and enrollment, support for employee questions, COBRA and HIPPA compliance, claims administration and eligibility tracking as well as all 5500 reporting. As an RMS client, you may participate in all or some of the benefit plans RMS offers.
